GOCO Spa Koh Chang
Only a few hours’ drive from Bangkok in the Gulf of Thailand, the island of Koh Chang is a haven for city dwellers and tourists. Koh Chang is the country’s second largest island after Phuket and showcases some of the most beautiful scenery in the region with verdant forests, golden beaches and rugged mountain peaks. More of a hidden gem, it is also less touristy than its neighbours, giving it a pristine tranquillity.
Capitalising on the island’s potential for wellness, GOCO Spa Koh Chang will soon be operating in the exclusive Sea View Resort and Spa. This hillside site stretches over 25 acres of rainforest to the south-west of the island, overlooking unspoiled white beaches and azure blue waters. In keeping with the resort’s contemporary cultural style and natural setting, the spa services will be characterised by traditional Thai healing and water-based therapies. An outdoor rainforest bathing section will help guests truly connect with nature, while spa rituals using locally sourced products make for a genuine Thai experience. GOCO Spa Koh Chang is set to open during Q3 of 2017.
