ACCOUNTING INTERN

Overview:
As the Accounting Intern, you will be responsible for handling the financial operations of the corporate office, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, managing billing, accounts payable and receivable, maintaining compliance with the relevant taxation jurisdictions, and supporting the corporate’s financial objectives through strategic planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting transactions in accounting software and maintaining accounting records based on information.
- General administration of bank accounts such as creation of payment orders, maintaining of bank balances and overall supervision of bank accounts.
- Assists in designing financial reports and provide trend reporting and other analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
- Assist in monthly Thailand Tax Filing.
- Analyze and research financial information pertaining to statements of operations, assets, liabilities, and capital.
- Support the audit/review of our financial statements by our external auditors.
- Assist with performing research on technical accounting matters, as they may arise.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Degree (or being third or last year student) in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, STEM or another related field.
- Curiosity and keeping up with finance & accounting news.
- Motivation and willingness to grow as an expert in accounting.
- Strong computer skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and Thai (written and verbal).
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
