The position is based in GOCO Hospitality’s corporate headquarters in Bangkok and the Manager – Operations, working under the guidance of the Corporate General Manager and Director of Spa and Wellness will be part of the team responsible for all operations within the GOCO’s portfolio, as well as all aspects of operations and management related work to all consulting work of the Company.
The Manager – Operations shall work closely with other Operations team members and other departments including Market Research & Feasibility, Sales and Marketing, Design & Technical Services on all ongoing consultant and operational projects. This position shall require frequent travel to project meetings, development sites, and operating units within the Company’s portfolio.
For the operating properties, the Manager – Operations under the guidance of the Corporate General Manager and Director of Spa and Wellness shall be responsible for providing to all GOCO Hospitality operating units support and guidance, enabling them to manage their properties in a smooth and efficient manner with a strong focus on implementation of consistent brand standards and driving the retreat/resort/spa financial performance towards achieving established business targets.
For GOCO’s development properties, the Manager – Operations shall coordinate and support the team on all the pre-opening works, training, marketing, public relations, and set-up efforts leading up to the opening of a new property.
For GOCO’s consulting work, the Manager – Operations shall support the team on all operational concepts that define the overall positioning and offerings for all GOCO’s consulting projects, as well as participating actively in the marketing research and feasibility stage, concept development stage, design and technical service design development stage providing support on all operating requirements.

Position Specifications:
- Degree(s) in Hospitality Operations and Management
- 6 to 10 years of working experience within the hospitality industry is required.
- Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- Prior working experience in spa, and wellness hospitality projects is a plus
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others
- Well-organized and detail-oriented and ability to work independently
- Display initiative, perseverance, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and excellent guests/client service skills
- Creative, hard-working, proactive, and positive thinking
- Demonstrated skills in effectively supervising a team and ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, with excellent grammar and communication skills (written and verbal). The Thai language is a plus.
- For candidates with lesser experience, an Assistant Manager role will be considered
