From research to design consultancy, GOCO Hospitality provided a range of services for the development of the Bellagio and MGM Grand Mumbai’s wellness and fitness facilities. Market research by GOCO Hospitality determined the project’s feasibility and identified the ideal target market. This was then used to develop a spa brand concept that would most effectively meet guest needs. The 3,500m² facility was designed to take up a whole floor of the building, with 12 private treatment rooms, six spa suites, a gym, heat and water experiences, MediSpa and a vitality pool, for which GOCO Hospitality provided technical design consultancy services, including look and feel and space planning.
